8 Tips to Lose Weight and Prevent Obesity

Develop healthy habits by making small changes to your routine. Consider the following tips to prevent obesity and improve your health. The 2nd tip will definitely make a difference in your body!  

#2 Choose Water as Your Primary Drink

Sodas, tea, and sugary coffee pack on extra calories that you don’t need and likely won’t burn off considering you’re driving most of the time. Opt for water instead. Try keeping bottled water in your cab or purchase an insulated mug for ice water. If you can’t stand how water tastes and need flavor, add citrus fruits like, lemon or lime, or add sugar-free and calorie-free flavoring.
