Tip #3 Know Your Numbers
8 Tips to Lose Weight and Prevent Obesity
Develop healthy habits by making small changes to your routine. Consider the following tips to prevent obesity and improve your health.
#3 Know Your Numbers
Out of sight out of mind or so they say. If you don’t know what your weight and how high or low your blood pressure is, you won’t know whether your lifestyle changes are making a positive impact. A personal travel scale is slim enough to fit under your seat or elsewhere in the cab. Record your weight at least twice a week, but don’t worry too much about day-to-day fluctuations as these can be misleading. Mesilla Valley Transportation drivers have the option to check their blood pressure through Rolling Strong’s Higi Stations, located in our El Paso, Nashville, Denver, and Laredo terminals.
