Many fast food restaurants offer lighter options, such as salads or grilled chicken, that can fill you up while shaving calories off your daily diet.
Can’t resist having a soda since you’ve been drinking mostly water? Choose a diet or zero-calorie option. Once you’ve grown accustomed to drinking water, you will trick your taste buds into thinking no-calorie sodas are sweet.
