Okay, you can stop laughing now. We know fast food is a staple for truck drivers. You have zero time to cook, nowhere to do it and while the clock is ticking time is money. But, that doesn’t mean you need to opt for the truck stop buffet or the standard burger and fries. Many fast food restaurants offer lighter options, such as salads or grilled chicken, that can fill you up while shaving calories off your daily diet.
Can’t resist having a soda since you’ve been drinking mostly water? Choose a diet or zero-calorie option. Once you’ve grown accustomed to drinking water, you will trick your taste buds into thinking no-calorie sodas are sweet.
